Brand New Life Fast -January 2024

From:  January 2, 2024 to January 8, 2024
Time:  5 AM to 5 PM

THEME:  SEEKING THE LORD WITH ALL OUR HEARTS, AND EXAMINING OUR OWN
LIVES

Guidelines: You may drink, lukewarm/room temperature water during the fast. Pray for at least 30
minutes every three hours or longer. Consult your doctor if you are on any medication before you
commence with any fast. Fast also from TV and social media. Read and meditate on the scriptures
below for each day, and any other scriptures the Holy Spirit brings to your attention.

*We will pray on zoom every night from 7 PM to 8 PM, and in the Sanctuary from 9 AM to 10
AM on Sunday - 1/7/24
